Hello and welcome to my weightloss blog!
I was going to try and force an early night on to myself to push myself in to a normal sleeping pattern but 2 men just tried to break in to my flat and now my partner and I are spooked and too scared to sleep. ugh.
Day one has started badly.
I am a really bad sleeper where I don’t burn any energy during the day, and I usually don’t end up falling asleep until 5-8am. Last night, I fell asleep around 6am and I woke up at 4.20pm. This is not going to help with aiding my weight loss at all.
Breakfast(if you can call it that, as it is 5pm as I’m writing this.)

That’s all I’m eating today as I’m going to force myself in to a somewhat early night.
That’s it! Day one is officially over, just 102 days to go. :-)
